CAF Champions League: Oduro Sarfo travels with Asante Kotoko to Sudan as leader of delegation

Ghana Football Association (GFA) Executive Council member, Nana Oduro Sarfo on Sunday afternoon traveled with the Asante Kotoko team to Sudan as the leader of delegation.

The Kumasi-based club enplaned to the Northeast African country to prepare for a second leg meeting with Al Hilal Omdurman in the CAF Champions League.

The two teams locked horns in December 2020 for the first of the two-legged tie but it was the Sudanese side the won by a goal to nil at the end of the 90 minutes at the Accra Sports Stadium.

With the crucial second leg fixture scheduled for Wednesday, January 6, 2021, the Asante Kotoko team has traveled to Sudan today.

The contingent of the Ghanaian club is led by Nana Oduro Sarfo as leader of the delegation.

The experienced football administrator is backed by Kotoko CEO Nana Yaw Amponsah with the two captured together before boarding the flight to Sudan.
