Dreams FC youngster Abdul Aziz Issah is confident his outfit can make a great impact in the CAF Confederations Cup competition.

The Still Believe lads secured a historic qualification to the group stage of the Confederations Cup after edging out Milo FC and Kallon FC in the preliminary round.

Dreams FC lost 2-0 to Club Africain in their first group game but recovered by beating Rivers United at the Baba Yara Stadium last Sunday.

The FA Cup champions are seeking a second victory in a row in the competition when they tackle Academica do Lobito on Sunday in Angola.

Speaking to Kessben FM monitored by Footballghana.com, the enterprising forward expressed his outfit will have a successful campaign and has therefore asked the fans to expect much from the players.

“We cannot promise the fans but they should expect more from us. We have a young squad, we will do our best to progress from the group stage” he said.

Dreams FC will travel to Angola to face Academica do Lobito on Sunday. The Ghana Premier League club are expected to depart the country on Friday.
