Dreams FC coach, Karim Zito says they have picked valuable lessons from their preliminary games of the CAF Confederations Cup campaign.
The Ghana FA Cup champions came up against Milo FC in their first leg of the preliminary games.
However, the Still Beleive lads recorded a 3-2 aggregate scoreline to progress to the next round of the qualifiers.
Dreams FC in the second round of the preliminary game were paired against Sierra Leonean side, FC Kallon and also recorded a 3-2 aggregate scoreline to qualify for the group stage for the first time.
Following their qualification, Zito says they have learned some lessons in the qualifying games.
According to him, they will ensure they make a good impact with the right training and attitude.
“Now in terms of experience, I may say, the two or four matches that we played in the qualifiers have also helped us to see the pros and cons of how the group stage is being played," he told Accra-based Radio Gold.
“So for now I know it will be very difficult because when you look at the standard of the play from the knockout stage to this group stage, there are a lot of differences.
“But with good attitude and good training, we will also go there and make a meaningful impact," he added.
Meanwhile, Dreams FC will discover their group opponents on Friday, October 6.
Dreams FC will hope to continue their fine run with another win when they travel to play Hearts of Oak in the matchday four games of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
