CAF Confederations Cup: Rivers United goalkeeper Mutawakilu Seidu acknowledges Dreams FC’s qualities after defeat

Rivers United goalkeeper Mutawakilu Seidu has hailed the quality of Dreams FC after defeat to the Ghanaian outfit.

Dreams FC lost 2-0 to Club Africain in their first group game but recovered by beating the Nigerian outfit 2-1 at the Baba Yara Stadium last Sunday.

After the game, the Ghanaian goalkeeper, who plies his trade for Rivers United acknowledged the Ghana FA Champions abilities.

“Dreams FC have a good team. It was a two-sided game but Dreams took their chances and won the game. They should keep it up and prepare for their next game. We have a lot of matches to play so I will advise them to do the right thing because all the teams in the group wants to qualify” he told Kessben FM monitored by Footballghana.com.

Seidu was not in action when his side succumbed to defeat against Dreams FC.

Dreams FC will travel to Angola to face Academica do Lobito on Sunday. The Ghana Premier League club are expected to depart the country on Friday.

Rivers United on the other side will face Club Africain in their third group game at the weekend.
