The two giants of Africa football locked horns in a crucial game yesterday to open their campaign in the 2019 CAF U-23 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament which is being staged in Egypt.

In the second half, Edward Sarpong received a pass in his team’s defensive half and skimmed Cameroonian attacker Eric Mbu Ayuk, leaving him to slide his way out of the field.

The Ghanaian left-back who plays his club football for Esperanca Lagos in the Portuguese third-tier enjoyed a very good game and helped his side to earn a vital point.
