Watford handed a boost as defender Craig Cathcart returns to action in a friendly encounter against QPR.
Cathcart has been sidelined since August after suffering a knee injury and now as a huge boost for Watford, the defender made a return to the pitch during the Hornets' 2-1 friendly victory over Queens Park Rangers on Wednesday.
"It's nice to be back in a game situation, I've been back in full training for a week now," Cathcart told the club website regarding his recovery.
"It was good to get back on the pitch - obviously training is a bit different, there's different distances you have to run so it was good to get back into the swing of things and get 75 minutes under my belt."
