Celtic fans delighted after Ghanaian defender Jeremie Frimpong scored his debut goal

Celtic fans expressed their delight after Ghanaian right-back Jeremie Frimpong scored his first for the Scottish champions as they thrashed Aberdeen 4-0 on Sunday.

Frimpong, who joined the The Hoops in the summer from Manchester City scored his side's second in the comfortable victory at the Pittodrie.

Celtic took the lead through Odsonne Edouard in the 10th minute of the game before the 18-year-old Ghanaian doubled their lead five minutes later.

James Forrest made it three on the 37th minute before Mohamed Elyounoussi completed a first-half thumping on the stroke of half time.

The highly-rated Ghanaian right-back has been one of the standout players since moving to Celtic Park in the summer, putting up incredible performances.

He has scored one goal and registered an assist in two games for Celtic so far in the 2019/20 season.
