Ghana midfielder, David Abagna Sandam has stressed that the Black Galaxies are very prepared for the encounter against Sudan.
The Black Galaxies will face off with their counterpart from Sudan on Thursday, January 19, in a game Ghana must win to increase the chance of progressing to the knockout stage of the CHAN 2022 tournament.
Speaking in a pre-match press conference on Wednesday, midfielder David Abagna disclosed that the team has trained very well and is ready for the task ahead.
“We are very prepared. After the last game, we have gone back in training and we are very ready for the game against Sudan,” David Abagna Sandam told the media.
The Black Galaxies of Ghana lost the opening Group C match against Madagascar last Sunday.
A defeat to Sudan tomorrow will be catastrophic as it could force Ghana to exit the 2022 CHAN tournament at the end of the group stage.
Thursday’s encounter between Sudan and Ghana will kick off at 7pm.
