Chelsea are ready to beat Manchester United to the signing of PSG fullback Serge Aurier.
The Mirror says United have agreed a £27million fee for the player.
The defender cannot move to the Premier League until he gets approval from the UK authorities that he can work in the country after being arrested in France last year.
And Le 10 Sport says Chelsea are hoping the wait gives them time to launch a rival offer for Aurier.
