Ghanaian coach, Frimpong Manso has likened the playing style of Hearts of Oak new boy Eric Dizan to that of Newcastle United winger Christian Atsu while stressing that he is a very good player.
The management of the Phobians announced the signing of the Ivorian forward a couple of days ago to beef up the squad of the team as they await the resumption of the Ghana Premier League season.
In an interview, Head coach for Nkoranza Warriors, Frimpong Manso has been speaking high of Eric Dizan. According to him, the 25-year-old winger is very good and has skills under his sleeves.
"I have coached Hearts of Oak Newly signed Eric Dizan in Cote d'Ivoire , he is one of the key players at that time.
"He is a very good and skillful player. Hearts of oak have done a good signing”, the Ghanaian tactician said.
He added, "If you are a defender and you give him a chance he will punish you so there is no need to give him a chance as a defender. He always likes playing from the left-wing. He plays like Christian Atsu. He is a very calm player, a respectable and good player”.
