This is what Atalanta coach Gian Piero Gasperini had to say on the eve of Bayer Leverkusen v Atalanta:
"We must not think too much about the advantage we have, but we must play our game. We know the value of Bayer well, it will be a very open game with a qualification to win. From a tactical point of view I don't think there will be many changes. It's important for us to start with an advantage, but we shouldn't change our characteristics. It will probably be another game with a lot of pace. Bayer have enthusiasm, speed and technique and they attack with a lot of men, so we'll have to be good at withstanding their strength of attack and get forward. We wanted to give our fans the chance to travel and follow the team in Europe and in these wonderful stadiums, unfortunately because of what happened it was not possible for months, now there is this opportunity and they are there."
