Come cheer us on to beat Zambia for us to have a big football party – Nora Hauptle urges Ghanaians

Head coach of the Black Queens, Nora Hauptle has targeted a win against Zambia on Friday, February 22, for Ghanaians to have a big football party.

The coach will be leading the Ghana women’s national team tomorrow in a first-leg game of the tie in the qualifiers for the 2024 Olympic Games in France, Paris.

Speaking to journalists ahead of the game, Black Queens coach Nora Hauptle appealed to Ghanaians to troop to the Stadium to support her team and cheer them to victory.

“We need the support, we need togetherness, everybody here in Ghana, the spectators, footballers, coaches. Let’s come together and let’s have a big football party tomorrow,” Coach Nora Hauptle said.

The first leg of the tie between Ghana and Zambia is scheduled to kick off at 5 pm on Friday at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The Black Queens head into the game on a run of 11 matches without a defeat. In that run, the Queens won 10 consecutive matches and drew the last time out.
