CONFIRMED: Maxwell Konadu and Otto Addo named Black Stars assistant coaches

Legon Cities head coach Maxwell Konadu and Borussia Dortmund assistant coach Otto Addo have been named new Black Stars assistant coaches.

The GFA three-member committee tasked to appoint a new coach for the Black Stars has settled on these coaches.

Konadu, who recently joined the Royals makes a return to the Black Stars deputy coach role.

He will help out with the monitoring of players from the domestic league as the second deputy coach.

Otto Addo has rich experience and expertise in the Bundesliga and Borussia Dortmund youth team.

Addo, who represented Ghana at the 2006 World Cup, retired from football in 2008 and has since been coaching.

Coach Addo will continue his new role with the Dortmund job.

Milovan Rajevac and his assistants were all unveiled on Friday at the GFA headquarters.

Ghana will take on Zimbabwe in another doubleheader in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers next month.
