Fremad Amager assistant manager Timur Daguev has confirmed that several clubs are interested in signing Ghanaian youngster Emmanuel Toku ahead of the winter transfer window.

According to him, CSKA Moscow and FC Nordsjaelland are keen on signing the 20-year-old following his impressive performance for the club.

Toku's contract will expire in June 2023 after extending it in August this season.

''It is true. We played away against Skive in September, where CSKA scouts were present, and he scored two. The first talks started in the press at the time, but then everything calmed down a bit,'' Daguev told the Russian press as reported by kickgh.com.

''But then we had our biggest match against Brøndby, which is the best team in Denmark right now, and we won 2-1. Toku scored and played a crazy match. That is why there has also been talk of North Zealand and Galatasaray.''

''I do not know how active Galatasaray is. Apparently it is very popular in their press because I am tired of blocking phone numbers from Turkish journalists. North Zealand really wants to. It is easy for them because they are close and can see what is happening every day.''
