French Ligue 1 side, RC Lens have tied down highly-rated defender Kevin Danso with a contract extension deal.
The right-back signed for the French club in 2021 after ending his stay in Germany where he played for Bundesliga side Augsburg.
In his first two seasons in the French Ligue 1, Kevin Danso has made quite the impression and is now regarded as one of the best full-backs in the league.
At the end of the 2022/23 football season, the defender was linked with a move away from RC Lens.
The transfer market had reports suggesting that SSC Napoli are interested in the signature of the Austrian defender of Ghanaian descent.
Despite the many interests, RC Lens have decided to keep the players.
This is why the French Ligue 1 side has extended the contract of the defender ahead of the start of the 2023/24 football season.
