Ghanaian teenager, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku was a second-half substitute for Sporting Lisbon on Thursday night when the team drew 2-2 with Arsenal in the Europa League.

In the Europa League Round 16 match today, a William Saliba strike in the 22nd minute handed Arsenal the lead.

However, goals from Goncalo Inacio and Paulinho turned the ride in favour of Sporting Lisbon before the hour mark.

Thanks to an own goal from Hidemasa Morita, Arsenal managed to secure a 2-2 draw at the end of the first leg of the Round 16 tie in the Europa League.

Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, 19, was introduced into the contest late in the 89th minute to replace Marcus Edwards.

In his cameo appearance, there was not much he could do to change the outcome of the contest.

Similarly, today, Ghana talisman Thomas Partey was a second-half substitute for Arsenal for the contest.
