Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt continues to search the transfer market for potential reinforcements.
The club is looking to strengthen their left-back position this summer ahead of the upcoming season.
According to Bild, the prospective list of contenders has grown and has now been augmented by an intriguing name from the German second division.
Derrick Köhn is reported to have attracted the attention of Frankfurt. This is not the first Bundesliga rumor circulating regarding the 24-year-old Hannover 96 defender.
TSG Hoffenheim is also interested in securing the services of Derrick Köhn. After Angelino departed the club on loan again, the Kraichgauer are hunting for the post on the left lane.
The price tag for the Spaniard, who is under contract with RB Leipzig, is too expensive for Hoffenheim (20 million euros).
Kohn, who is under contract until 2025, would be substantially cheaper, but the eleven-time second-division scorer (five goals - six assists) still has a price of six million euros.
