Eleven Wonders coach Ignatius Osei Fosu apologizes after attacking officials after Bechem United defeat

Head coach of Techiman Eleven Wonders, Ignatius Osei Fosu has apologized for his actions towards match officials following his side's defeat to Bechem United.

Eleven Wonders were thumped by 3-1 on Friday in the matchday 11 games at the Bechem Park.

After the game, Osei Fosu was spotted in a heated argument with the match officials. He was accused of using unacceptable words for the match officials.

He was then dragged away by police personnel at the stadium.

But speaking in an interview with Kumasi based Wontumi Radio, Osei Fosu admitted that he wrong for attacking the match officials.

He further said he met the match officials to apologize to them.

"First of all, I must apologize for my actions after the game. It is unacceptable," he admitted.

"I never threatened the match officials as it has been reported by some media houses. We all humans and in the heat of the moment, I was upset with some decisions of the match officials but after the game, I met them and I apologized to them.

"I am sorry for my actions and I never intended to disrespect anyone," he added.
