Ghana's Emmanuel Boateng was in action as Hapoel Tel Aviv FC defeated Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv 3-2 at the HaMoshava Stadium on Saturday in an entertaining game.

The 21-year-old enjoyed 80 minutes of exciting football as he continued to impress for the side so far this season in the Israeli top-flight league as he dazzled in midfield to help Hapoel Tel Aviv grab all three points.

Claudemir Pereira Da Silva opened the score for the home side before Mavis Tchibota restored parity for Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv FC in the 20th minute.

Ramzi Safur and Josef Ganda scored on the 22nd and 48th minutes respectively to secure a 3-2 win over the visitors.

Shay Konstantini however, got the second goal for the away side on the 56th mark.

Boateng joined the Tel Aviv-based side on a four-year deal in 2018 from Aduana Stars.

He graduated from the West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) SC to join the Dormaa-based outfit in January 2018 - where he became a key contributor for the team.
