England Star Ready to Leave Liverpool as Host of Premier League Clubs Eye £28m Deal

Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge is ready to quit the club after realising he will not be given regular first team football by current manager Jurgen Klopp, with a number of Premier League rivals alreadyalert to his availability.

Sturridge has slipped behind Roberto Firmino and Divock Origi in the pecking order of forwards under the German, and theMirrorclaim that both West Ham United and Stoke City are ready and willing to tempt him away from Anfield.

Liverpool are reportedly ready to do business for a huge£28m - a figure which would be a potential club record deal for both aforementioned clubs- but one that is by no means out of reach given the huge influx of television money coming into the Premier League recently.

The Hammers have targeted Sturridge in the past and are desperate to secure a deal in order to take them to the next level, with Slaven Bilic currently struggling to keep a fully fit and regular starting striker in the team. Their current struggles in front of goal only make them more determined to land the England star - who scored in last week's win over Scotland.

The report claims Sturridge could even leave Anfield as early as the January transfer window, though any potential Stoke move for the player may have to wait until the summer following the loan signing of Wilfried Bony in August.

Sturridge has recently claimed that he's ready to fight for his place at Liverpool - though after only four Premier League starts so far this season it's now reported he's ready to cut his losses and seek a new start elsewhere.
