Ex-Kotoko midfielder Daniel Nii Adjei ready to coach club in future

Ex-Asante Kotoko midfielder, Daniel Nii Adjei has expressed his readiness to coach the club in future.

The 34-year-old was a fan favourite during his time at the club, helping the Porcupine Warriors win the league title in the 2012/13 season.

Nii Adjei has completed his CAF License D badge with the C and B courses in the offing.

"I will be glad if it comes to pass."

"I will thank God for that, " Daniel Nii Adjei told Radio Gold Talk Sport.

Nii Adjei left Kotoko to join TP Mazembe in 2012. He played a role in helping thee club win five league titles, three Super Coupe du Congo, one CAF Champions League, two CAF Confederations Cups and one Super Cup title.

The last trophy he won was the CAF Super Cup with Morocco club, Wydad Athletic Club in 2017/18 season.

He previously featured for King Faisal and Elmina Sharks before hanging his boots.
