Ex-Spain coach del Bosque: \'Shame\' if Real Madrid forward Morata joins Man Utd

Two-time World Cup winning coach Vicente del Bosque has admitted it would be a 'shame' if Alvaro Morata left Real Madrid.

The 24-year old is being linked with a move to Manchester United, something that del Bosque hasn't entirely dismissed as a negative.

"What is good for him is mainly that he plays but I think he is doing very well at Real Madrid," said del Bosque.

"It is a shame if he leaves, but I have always said that it is an enrichment factor for our football that our players have been able to go abroad and have been able to play.

"It will not be a problem for the Spanish team."
