Turkish top-flight side Besiktas have decided to keep Bernard Mensah for a longer period and are negotiating with his parent club Kayserispor to make it happen, footballghana.com can exclusively report.
Footballghana.com investigations revealed that the Presidents of the two clubs met in Baku to negotiate on the player.
He joined the Black and White in the 2020 summer transfer window with a €4.5 million clause to make his permanent.
Besiktas have decided not to activate that clause but are negotiating to get the player for a lower fee, it is understood.
Mensah scored four league goals for Besiktas in the just ended campaign.
