Fotballghana.com can exclusively report that former Aduana Stars striker Bright Adjei has joined Kuwaiti side Burgan Sports Club (SC) ahead of the upcoming season.
The pacey attacker reportedly parted ways with the Dormaa based club in June following the expiry of his contract.
He has been in talks with the Middle East club in the past week and has finally signed a one year contract with them after completing a mandatory medical examination on Thursday evening.
According to footballghana.com sources, the contract of the player could be extended at the end of the 2019/2020 season if he manages to impress.
The 25-year-old Adjei who is a former player of Tema Youth was a key member of the Aduana Stars squad that won the 2016/2017 Ghana Premier League.
He joins Burgan SC with high expectations and will be hoping to cement a place in the team’s starting 11 even before the new season starts.
