Ghanaian international Kevin Prince Boateng is expected to arrive in Italy today (Thursday) ahead of a move to Serie A side Sassuolo.
The Italian side have already reached an agreement with Frankfurt for the 31-year old.
Boateng is making a return to the Serie A for a third time.
His first stint was with Genoa before moving to AC Milan where he played from 2010 to 2013, then the transition to Schalke 04 and finally the return to Milan in 2016.
According to reports in Italy, Boateng is expected to sign a three year deal this afternoon.
