AS Roma striker Felix Afena Ohene Gyan scored twice in the semifinals of the Italian U18 youth championship in a 6-0 demolition of Atalanta.
Gyan shot Roma into the lead in the 20th minute when midfielder Ricardo Paganoo squared a ball to him on the right edge of the 18-yard box.
After a great first touch, Felix hit the ball into the net at the first pole.
The home side went into the break with a two-goal advantage over their visitors after Claudio Cassano doubled their lead. Gyan's doubled his tally in the 67 minutes to record Roma's fourth after Claudio Cassano scored the third.
Later, a brace from Simone Modugno ensured Roma secured qualification to the final as they await either Genoa or Inter.
Felix Afena Ohene Gyan was invited to be part of AS Roma's U 18 side over the weekend after his exploits in the Primavera division last season where he scored 4 goals and provided two assists in 14 games for the U 19 side.
The 18-year-old is expected to be part of the Jose Mourinho squad for preparation towards next season after signing for the first time during the January transfer window.
