Feynoord wants to help develop new signing Christian Conteh

Dutch Eredivisie outfit, Feyenoord have revealed their readiness to help Christian Conteh further develop, club Technical Director Frank Arnesen has stressed.

The German-born forward of Ghanaian descent joined the Dutch giants on a four-year deal from FC St. Pauli after successful negotiations on Wednesday.

According to the technical director of Feyenoord Frank Arnesen, the side wants to help Conteh further develop his game.

"We have been watching Conteh for a while.

"He is lightning fast, has good action, and is someone who can provide a good dose of danger behind the lines. This boy has a lot of potential, so we want to give him the time, space, and attention to further develop it", Arnesen said in an interview with the official website of the club.

At age 20, Christian Conteh has shown great promise and has been tipped to enjoy a successful career.

He is back in his home town, Hamburg, but will return to Feyenoord as soon as players are assembled for pre-season.
