Ghanaian international Kevin-Prince Boateng has been blasted by Fiorentina legend Giovanni Galli for failing to live up to expectations since joining the Viola.
The attacker joined the Florence-based club in the summer transfer window from Sassulo on the back of a short loan spell at Spanish La Liga side FC Barcelona.
Since his arrival at Fiorentina, he has struggled to stay in top form due to several injury setbacks that he has suffered.
Commenting on the performance of KP Boateng in an interview with Lady Radio, Fiorentina legend, Giovanni Galli says he has not been impressed by the former Schalke 04 forward.
According to him, the physical condition of the Ghanaian has been very bad this season.
“He has obvious difficulties and his physical condition is unpresentable. It is clear that his signing has not worked, and is that everything he showed in Milan or Sassuolo has not been seen on his return to Italy, as explained by the exguardameta himself, who understands that his past and his prestige is important, but it's not the one from years ago”, Galli said.
