The Porcupine Warriors shared the spoils in the Ghana Premier League opening day against Lions at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Despite creating scoring chances, both teams were unable to find the back of the net as the game ended in a pulsating goalless draw in Kumasi.

After the game, Opoku Ware noted his former outfit showcased an improvement performance against Lions

He said: “I am happy. I can say I am happy because of how they played. Cohesion and everything is coming gradually.

“I watched their pre-season games but the game I saw today, passing, movement and everything is improving. You will lack a few things because it’s the first game but I am okay with it.”
