Dennis Appiah says despite Saint Etienne's four wins in a row they need to do more so that they can move further up the league table.

Saint Etienne has recorded 4 victories in a row, against clubs engaged in the race to remain in the league, namely Annecy (3-2), Dijon (2-0), Nîmes (2-1), and Pau ( 2-0).

Les Stéphanois only have 7 points more than the first relegated club, with 13 matches still to go. They will take on Bordeaux in their next league game on Saturday.

“Now we haven't done anything, four wins in a row is good, 30 points is good, but that's not enough. We will try to move up the rankings. The requirement is the word, and humility too, you have to score as many points as possible,” said Appiah

“Bordeaux is a good poster, a team that is doing well, it will be a good match. I hope we will stay strong. We have to show the same face, we want to see what we are worth clearly,”
