Ghanaian defender John Boye has replaced Ernest Boahene in Metz's squad list for their Ligue 1 tie against Lille.

The 33-year-old was sent off against Monaco for a reckless challenge in the Coupe de France recently. Metz lost the match by four goals to nil.
Since then, Ernest Boahene has been used as a replacement for the hole left by Boye.

But, the experienced defender has returned and taken his place among the squad list once again.
Boye last played for the Black Stars in 2020 against Sudan.
