The German media has accused Nana Opoku Amponsah of using dirty tactics to force his exit from Fortuna Dusseldorf in the ongoing transfer window.

The exciting attacker joined the German club in the summer transfer window of 2019 to provide a squad boost for the team for their campaign in the Bundesliga.

Unfortunately, he did not have the expected impact as he spent most part of the Bundesliga campaign on the sidelines as a result of injuries.

In pre-season ahead of the start of the 2020/2021 football season, sources confirmed that Nana Opoku Amponsah is not happy at Fortuna Dusseldorf and wants to leave.

Just a few days ago, his manager Uwe Rosler ruled him out of the team's clash against Holstien Kiel while explaining that the forward has complained of sickness.

“He came this morning with a sick leave and we immediately sent him to our doctor. He won't be in Kiel on Sunday. I don't know what he's got. I didn't see or speak to him at all”, said Fortuna Dusseldorf manager Uwe Rosler.

The latest reports in the German media are now reporting that Nana Opoku Ampomah is using 'dirty methods' to force his way out of Fortuna Dusseldorf.

Checks have revealed that a move to Belgian Pro League side Royal Antwerp is on the cards.
