Ghana Football Association President Kwasi Nyantakyi says Black Stars coach Avram Grant is still at post despite reports that he has been fired.
The former Chelsea manager's future has been speculated for weeks and recently there were reports by the local media he would be replaced by Ibrahim Tanko before the Africa Cup of Nations next month.
But Nyantakyi says those reports are false.
"I haven't sat in any meeting where a decision was taken to fire the coach," he told Joy FM
"If there are any such decision it is yet to be taken but as far as i am concerned we need to focus on the Cup of Nations and see how best we can marshal our arsenals to win because our objective is to win."
