The owner of Bechem United, Kingsley Owusu Achiaw has appealed to the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to help build the capacity of coaches in the local leagues.
According to him, it will help the local leagues a lot if the Ghana FA would hire experts to train the coaches at the end of every football season.
Kingsley Owusu Achiaw believes that this will help coaches to bring the best out of Ghanaian players in the local league.
“The FA should hire and pay experts to come and train our local coaches after every season to help them bring out the best in our players,” the Bechem United owner said in an interview with Asempa FM on Monday night.
Over the years, there have been concerns over the quality of coaches in the local leagues.
Although many have proven themselves to be top managers, there are others who critics believe should go back to the classroom to learn the trade.
