GFA spokesperson insists new measures to be implemented ahead of GPL next season

Spokesperson of the Ghana Football Association, Ibrahim Saanie Daara has revealed that several of the programmes issued out ahead of the new Ghana Premier League season will be implemented. 

The Ghana Football Association is instituting various programmes for the country's football, including the release of a three year calendar for football, the bringing up of new products for the Ghana Premier League and the availability of new courses for Coaches.

According to the former BBC journalist, his outfit will make sure all the activities laid down are fully implemented to improve Ghana Football.

”Yes, we’ve put in place modalities to ran good programmes for the clubs before the season starts. We will be doing different courses at Prampram for the clubs to help them grow,” he told footballmadeinghana.com

”We’re looking forward to seeing a lot of products this year and we expect by next year it will be a different tune. The clubs will go through training which we discussed in Cape Coast some few weeks ago. We want to see a lot of changes in our game including administrative changes”.

The Ghana Premier League is set to begin on February 11th this year, this is according to a document release by the Football Association for the three year football calendar.

The three year Calendar takes into considerations all football competitions in the country and continental football.
