Ghana and Athletic Bilbao forward Inaki Williams eyes victory against Barcelona

Ghana international Inaki Williams has set sights on helping his Athletic Bilbao side to beat Barcelona on Sunday night.

The Spanish giants will play host to Bilbao in week 25 of the top-flight at Camp Nou.

Ahead of the game, the 28-year-old, who has already scored six goals against Marc Andre Ter Stegen says he wants to score again in order to propel his side to victory.

"I scored 6 goals against Ter Stegen, and I hope to score again in the next match because we need to win, as it will give us a strong impetus to qualify for Europe”

“After the end of the Super Cup, when we were able to beat Barcelona, I respectfully asked for Ter Stegen's shirt, and currently, I put it in a frame at my house." He added.

The Ghana international has been a key asset for Bilbao this season, racking up five goals and four assists in all competitions.

He has been named in the Black Stars 25-man squad for the 2023 AFCON qualifiers against Angola later this month.
