Ghana international Bernard Tekpetey has confirmed receiving offers from English Premier League clubs in the ongoing transfer window.

The 26-year-old Ghanaian attacker has emerged as a transfer target for several clubs due to his swashbuckling performance for Ludogorets in the Bulgarian top-flight.

Tekpetey has been his outfits main man this season, scoring eleven goals and providing seven assists in 32 appearances across competitions.

Speaking to Asempa FM monitored by Footballghana.com, the former Schalke 04 striker hinted of a possible departure in the winter window, confirming offers from Premier League teams.

“I can’t say I will stay at Ludogorets because I am a player who always wants competition. We are working and looking forward to securing a move from the club in the January transfer window. But if I’m unable to leave, I will help the team to fight to play in the Champions League at the end”

“I have offers from Premier League clubs but I’m looking at what God will do” he said.

Tekpetey was named in the Black Stars 55-man provisional squad but failed to make the final cut for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
