Ghana attacker Tariqe Fosu-Henry was on target on Tuesday night to help his Brentford side to draw 1-1 against Cardiff City in the English Championship.
As the 2020/2021 English Championship gears towards its conclusive end, clubs in the top halve are pushing to have a chance to play in the playoffs.
In a game played at the Brentford Community Stadium, Tariq Fosu-Henry started in attack for the home team to help them look for a win against the Matchday opponent.
Although both teams excelled and created a number of chances in the first half, neither side could score and had to settle for a draw at the break.
Resuming the second half in stronger fashion, Cardiff City took the lead in the 57th minute courtesy of a penalty kick converted by poster Kieffer Moore.
Pegged behind and headed for a defeat, it took Tariqe Fosu to score in the 63rd minute to ensure Brentford earned a point at the end of the 90 minutes.
This season, the Ghana forward has scored four goals and provide three assists to help Brentford in the English Championship.
