The Ghana duo of Jordan Ayew and Jeffrey Schlupp played cameo roles for Crystal Palace on Monday night when the team hammered Manchester United 4-0 in the English Premier League.

Although the two players have played key roles for the Eagles all season, they missed out on a starting role in the Week 36 game today.

Late in the second half with five minutes to go, Jordan Ayew and Jeffrey Schlupp were introduced to help Crystal Palace see off the contest.

Jordan Ayew replaced Eberechie Eze while Jeffrey Schlupp replaced Michael Olise.

In the four-goal thriller, Michael Olise scored in the 12th minute to give Crystal Palace the lead.

Before the break, striker Jean-Philipe Mateta found the back of the Manchester United net to double the lead for the hosts.

Goals from Tyrick Mitchel and Michael Olise in the second half saw Crystal Palace completing the demolition exercise.
