Ghana centre-back Joseph Aidoo set to finish season as third top scorer for Celta Vigo in La Liga

Ghana international, Joseph Aidoo could end the 2022/23 Spanish La Liga season as one of the three top scorers of Celta Vigo.

The centre-back is currently the third top scorer for his club after breaking his goal-scoring record from the last two seasons.

In both campaigns, Joseph Aidoo failed to find the back of the net for the Sky Blue outfit.

However, this season, Joseph Aidoo has managed to score three times already for Celta Vigo.

The only players with more goals than the Black Stars defender in his team are Iago Aspas and Gabri Veiga.

Other players in the club’s top scorer list have either scored twice or just once.

The last Joseph Aidoo goal came in midweek when he scored a last-minute winner for his team in the La Liga match against Elche.

With seven matches to go in the Spanish La Liga, the defender could add a few more to his tally.
