Ghana international, Baba Abdul Rahman is on the retained list of Chelsea players for the 2023/24 football season.
The left-back spent the past season out on loan at Reading FC and played in the English Championship.
In a season where he had problems with injuries again, Reading FC suffered relegation at the end of the campaign.
At the end of the 2022/23 season, Baba Rahman reported back to Chelsea with discussions on his future expected to happen in the off-season.
Today, the player has been included in the retained list of Chelsea for the 2023/24 season.
The defender is under contract with Chelsea until 2024.
Although he is on the retained list, reports indicate that there will be a discussion about his transfer in the summer transfer window.
Baba Rahman, 28, joined Chelsea in 2015 from Augsburg but has not spent a single season with the club.
He has spent loan stints with several clubs in the last five seasons where he has mostly played in Germany and England.
