The Ghana Football Association (GFA) is reportedly set to hold an emergency meeting to decide the fate of Black Stars head coach Chris Hughton.

The Irish-Ghanaian tactician was appointed head coach of the Black Stars last year and replaced Coach Otto Addo.

Despite being in charge of the Ghana male senior national team since February 2023, he has not been able to improve the Black Stars.

Although he can be credited for qualifying the Black Stars for the 2023 AFCON, Ghanaians have always raised concerns about his tactical prowess.

At the 2023 AFCON in Ivory Coast, Coach Chris Hughton has failed to get the Black Stars to play well.

With Ghana failing to win a single match in the group stages, Ghanaians are now demanding his sacking.

A few hours after Ghana drew 2-2 with Mozambique, reports coming in indicate that the Ghana FA is already considering sacking Coach Chris Hughton.

His fate will be decided when he returns to Ghana with the Black Stars.
