Hearts of Oak coach Aboubakar Ouattara has raised concerns about his outfits’ inability to convert chances in the Ghana Premier League.

The Phobians in the matchday 29 fixture walloped Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park on Wednesday, courtesy goals from Linda Mtange, Kasim Cisse and Hamzah Issah.

The win propelled the Phobians to end their winless streak in the Ghanaian top-flight.

Following their triumph over Chelsea, Hearts of Oak has climbed to the 11th position on the Ghana Premier League table.

Majority of coaches including Samuel Boadu, Paa Kwesi Fabin, Prosper Narteh Ogum and others have raised concerns about goalscoring in the ongoing Ghana Premier League campaign.

Speaking after the game, Ouattara admitted goalscoring has been the bane of all coaches in the Ghanaian top-flight.

“Goalscoring is one common problem facing all coaches in the Ghana Premier League. It depends on so many things. If the environment of the team is calm it goes a long way to help the team” he said.

Their upcoming fixture against Aduana Stars promises to be a challenging encounter as they seek to maintain their momentum.
