Ghana international, Andre Ayew marked his debut for new club Nottingham Forest on Sunday afternoon during the team’s narrow win against Leeds United in the English Premier League.
The highly-rated forward only joined the English Premier League outfit two days ago on a free transfer.
The move was completed after he ended his stay in Qatar where he was playing for Al Sadd SC.
Today, Andre Ayew was named in the Nottingham Forest matchday squad for the Leeds United game but missed out on a place in the starting eleven.
Late in the game, he was introduced by Forest manager Steve Cooper to help the team cross the finish line.
Before coming on, a Brennan Johnson strike in the first half had already given Nottingham Forest the lead.
Even in the few minutes he played, Andre Ayew had something to give to ensure his team secured a 1-0 win at full-time.
