Ghana international Daniel Afriyie Barnieh has shared his excitement after helping his FC Zurich outfit to defeat Stade-Laussane-Ouchy in the Swiss Super League on Saturday.

The former Hearts of Oak attacker started and lasted 83 minutes as Zurich inflicted a convincing 3-0 win over their opponent to maintain their perfect start to the season.

Barnieh kept his position after excelling in their previous encounter against Lugano. He bagged a hat-trick to propel his side to victory last weekend.

After helping Zurich to another victory, the Ghana international has taken to social media to express his joy.

"Plus 3 points. Ogya Naa," he wrote in reaction to his side's victory.

Meanwhile, Jonathan Okita opened the scoring in the first half from the spot before Antonio Mascherano doubled the lead with 18 minutes remaining.

Late into injury time, Lindrit Kamberi put the final nail in the coffin of the host as Zurich maintain their place on top of the table.

Afriyie-Barnieh has scored two goals in four matches in the new season.
