Ghana midfielder Abdul Samed Salis to miss RC Lens game against Strasbourg due to suspension

RC Lens will have to negotiate for points when they face Strasbourg in the French Ligue 1 without in-form Ghana international Abdul Salis Samed.

Samed, who has been in a rich vein of form will miss his sides next league game after picking a third yellow card in ten matches.

The midfielder was booked in his outfits impressive 3-1 win over powerhouse Paris Saint Germain on Sunday.

The Black Stars player produced another solid performance, lasting the entire duration as Lens defeated the league leaders to close the gap at the top of the table.

Unfortunately for Lens, they miss the services of the Ghanaian midfielder against Strasbourg due to yellow cards accumulation.

Before the PSG clash, the 22-year-old had received cautions against Nantes. Having been booked against the Paris-based club, he will not be available against Strasbourg.

Samed has been impressive this campaign, featuring in all 17 games for RC Lens and scoring a goal in the process.
