The Black Stars midfielder lasted the entire duration as his outfit played out a 1-1 draw on home turf against the Dutch club on Tuesday night.

The first half of the game ended in a pulsating goalless draw, as both teams struggled to find the back of the net.

PSV broke the deadlock through Johan Bakayoko in the 54th minute before Lens fought back to level pegging through Elye Wahi in the 65th minute.

And with no additional goal, the game ended in a stalemate at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis

"Keeping a positive mindset. Thank you for the unparalleled atmosphere," wrote the Ghana international on social media after the game.

The draw keeps RC Lens second on the table behind leaders Arsenal as the quest to advance to the second round continues.

RC Lens will travel to the Netherlands in a fortnight time for the return leg of the clash.

Salis has been an important member of the team since joining the club from Clermont Foot in the summer of 2022.
