Public Relations Officer of Bechem United, Emmanuel Gyasi Atuahene beleives the ongoing 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season has been competitive.
The ongoing campaign has been exciting with Aduana Stars leading the league log with 51 points.
With five games to end the season, Gyasi Atuahene praised the 18 teams competing in the league.
“As at matchday 29, what I can say is that the league has been competitive although we don’t have a club that is having points around 70 topping the league, clubs with let’s say 65 points being second or third but it has been competitive," he told Citi Sports.
"Quality-wise, when you look at the players in all the other 17 premier league clubs, they are more or less equally distributed," he added.
Bechem United ranks second in the league with 48 points and is within striking distance of usurping Aduana Stars for the league’s top spot.
The Hunters will be hosted by Medeama SC in the matchday 30 games at Akoon Park on Sunday.
