Ghanaian attacker Fatawu Safiu express gratitude to Trelleborgs FF players, staff after leaving club

Ghanaian international, Abdul Fatawu Safiu has thanked staff, management, and players at Trelleborgs FF for making his stay at the club a delight.

The attacker who joined the Swedish lower-tier club in 2019 has this summer secured a transfer to FC Trollhättan.

In his goodbye message, Fatawu Safiu has expressed appreciation to everyone at Trelleborgs FF that made his stay successful.

“I am grateful that I got the opportunity to play for Trelleborgs FF and I also want to thank my teammates and the management staff for the time here.

“It was tough not to have the supporters in place last year and part of this season, but of course I want to thank you too,” the forward said in his final interview before leaving the club.

Fatawu Safiu, formerly played for Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko. He has made a name for himself in the Swedish lower-tier league and has been tipped to be a hit at FC Trollhättan.
