Ghanaian forward Godsway Donyoh was on target for Neftchi Baku in their win against Zira FK in the Azerbaijan top-flight.
Donyoh opened the scoring for his side as they cruised to a narrow 2-1 win over Zira FK on home turf.
The former Nordsjaelland player shot Neftchi Baku into the lead in the 14th minute after connecting a pass from Nigerian forward Yusuf Lawal.
Zira restored parity of the match in the 56th minute from the spot through Frenchman Hamidou Keyta.
But Neftchi sealed the victory eleven minutes to the end of the encounter with a goal from Russian midfielder Azer Aliev.
Donyoh has been lethal in the 2022-23 Azerbaijani Premier League season since it kicked off having scored twice in three games so far.
